We ship your order with Canada Post, GLS and others including a tracking number and signature.

We do not ship to PO boxes for security reasons.

Each package is insured for the purchase value.

Processing time: on average ** 1 to 2 working days ** (excluding public holidays).

Alberto Bijoux is not responsible for parcels returned or undelivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.

Should a parcel be returned due to an invalid address, reshipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

For orders of $300 or more, we reserve the right to request identity or payment verification before shipping, for security and fraud prevention purposes.
