Exchanges: Free of charge

Return for store credit: Free, full credit of the purchase amount

Return for refund: Possible with proof of purchase


Conditions

To be eligible, the jewelry must be:
• Brand new
• Unworn
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt


Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Items on sale or promotion
• Jewelry that has been modified, repaired, or engraved
• Earrings and body jewelry (piercings)
 

EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable exceptions.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by email and include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

We will acknowledge receipt of your request and provide instructions for returning eligible items.

Returned items must be sent back in accordance with our return instructions and applicable legal requirements.
