We ship your order with ** GLS and other carriers **, including a **tracking number** and a **signature**.
We **do not ship to PO boxes** for security reasons.

Each package is **insured for the purchase value**.

Processing time: on average **3 working days** (excluding public holidays).

**Free** delivery for all orders of **$50 or more before taxes**.

For orders under $50, a **$15 fee** applies.

Here are the options available **within 10 days of receipt**:

**Exchanges**: free

**Return for store credit**: free, full value voucher

**Return for refund**: possible, with proof of purchase.

The jewel must be:
- New
- Not worn
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the **original receipt**

• Shipping charges are **non-refundable**
• - Return costs are the **customer's responsibility**
